Originally from Houston and a Texas A&M University graduate, Kara is currently a California based designer and illustrator focusing on education, conservation and co-existing with nature. When not creating art, you can find Kara hanging out with her dog, Woods, flipping over rocks/logs to find salamanders or id’ing a plant on iNaturalist.
